Overview

Twotech is a technical consultancy company founded in 2007 by engineer Alessandro Di Paolo, leveraging over 30 years of professional experience and know-how.

The company expanded with the expertise of architects Noè De Amicis, Emanuela Orlandi, and Maria Farina, all seasoned professionals who have become integral members of the team over the years. The team also includes, on a permanent basis, other professionals, each with their own wealth of experience: architects Mattia Carnassale and Valentina Cantelmo and engineer Cristiane Salau.

Twotech collaborates with specialists on specific projects, ensuring a wealth of experience in design, site management, and testing in various fields.

The company has been operating for years in the field of real estate, with particular reference to:

• Technical due diligence e project monitoring for large investment programmes;

• Valuation of individual assets and Real Estate portfolios (REIF’s), market research and investment analyses;

• Legal/technical consultations and assessment of claims in court.
