Alessandro Di Paolo

Graduated with honours in Engineering in 1982 from La Sapienza University of Rome. Enrolled in the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome section A under no. 12880 since 1983. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since March 2009.

With thirty years of experience in advisory services in real estate and construction, Alessandro’s expertise is enriched through various roles such as designer, construction manager and test engineer in numerous projects, both domestically and internationally.

A significant portion of his technical consultancy was conducted through his continuous collaboration since 1995 with Protos S.p.A., a leading company in Italy providing technical and economic advisory services in real estate and infrastructure.

In this capacity, he has contributed to major advisory assignments (Due Diligence, Valuation, Project Monitoring) for projects of national significance, both in real estate (such as the new Rho-Pero exhibition centre and the Porta Nuova project in Milan) and in infrastructure (Mose, Brebemi, TEEM).

He has also served as a Technical Consultant in proceedings of significant amounts for primary clients like Intermetro, Systra, EC Harris, UniCredit Credit Management Bank, UniCredit Leasing.

Maria Farina

Graduated with honours in Architecture in 1997 from La Sapienza University of Rome. Member of the Order of Architects PPC of Rome and province under no. 12357, section A (Architecture, Territorial Planning, Landscape, Conservation of Cultural Heritage) since 1998.

Since 1997, Maria has worked as a freelance professional, accredited by the (Italian) Ministry of Economic Development (MISE), assessing technical aspects of industrial, tourist accommodation, and commercial investment programmes facilitated with national and community funds on behalf of concessionary banking institutes.

Simultaneously, since 1998, she has been engaged in technical consultancy in the real estate sector, performing tasks such as technical due diligence, SAL (works progress) certifications, and real estate evaluations for various private companies and individuals. Additionally, she has worked professionally in building construction as a designer and works director, focusing on projects in the residential and commercial sectors.

Since 2012, she has collaborated continuously with Twotech S.r.l. as a Senior Consultant.

Noè De Amicis

Graduated in Architecture in 2004. Member of the Order of Architects PPC of Rome and province under no. 16657, section A (Architecture, Territorial Planning, Landscape, Conservation of Cultural Heritage). Since 2004, he has worked extensively in building construction, serving as a designer, works director, and safety coordinator. His expertise spans residential construction as well as the restoration and preservation of buildings, including those with historical and architectural significance.

Since 2007, he has worked continuously with Twotech S.r.l. as a Senior Consultant, focusing on technical and financial consultancy in construction and civil sectors, with expertise in technical due diligence and project monitoring.

Emanuela Orlandi

Graduated in Architecture in 1999. Member of the Order of Architects PPC of Rome and province under no. 19474, section A (Architecture, Territorial Planning, Landscape, Conservation of Cultural Heritage).

She has professional experience in building construction as a designer, works director, and site architect, with applications in residential, office, and medium to large-scale industrial construction projects.

Since 2007, she has collaborated continuously with Twotech S.r.l. as a Senior Consultant, focusing on technical and financial consultancy in the construction and civil sectors.

Mattia Carnassale

Graduated in Architecture in 2013 from La Sapienza University of Rome. Member of the Order of Architects PPC of Rome and province under no. 22000, section A (Architecture, Territorial Planning, Landscape, Conservation of Cultural Heritage).

He has developed extensive professional experience in the real estate sector, specialising in real estate valuations, technical due diligence, urban planning, and building procedures.

Since 2013, he has worked continuously with Twotech S.r.l. as a Senior Consultant.

Valentina Cantelmo

Graduated in Architecture in 1995. Member of the Order of Architects PPC of Rome and province under no. 11681, section A (Architecture, Territorial Planning, Landscape, Conservation of Cultural Heritage). Registered expert witness of the Civil Court of Rome.

Since 1995, she has worked as a freelance professional, gaining experience in renovation, construction management, analysis of real estate assets in terms of building and urban planning, as well as regularisation of buildings and land registry for the purpose of buying and selling.

Since 2023, she has worked continuously with Twotech S.r.l. as a Senior Consultant.
